SMALL SUSHI TRAY

If ordered with other catering items, please allow 24 hours prep time. This item is also available on our regular menu with our standard 30 minute prep time. Serves 5 to 7. Small Sushi Tray includes the following:

1 CRUNCHY TIGER ROLL🌶

Crab, tempura shrimp, cucumber and avocado. Topped with unagi sauce, spicy mayo and tempura bits.

1 EEL ROLL

Eel, crab, cucumber and avocado. Topped with eel, avocado, unagi sauce and sesame seeds.

1 PHILADELPHIA ROLL (GF)

Salmon sashimi, cream cheese, cucumber, avocado and onion. Maki style. Gluten-free.

1 SPICY TUNA ROLL (GF)🌶🌶

Spicy ahi tuna, cucumber and avocado covered with sesame seeds. Topped with grilled jalapeños and Sriracha. Gluten-free.

2 STUFFED INARI POCKETS🌶

Seasoned fried bean curd pockets stuffed with sushi rice, cream cheese, crab and spicy ahi tuna. Topped with unagi sauce, spicy mayo and sesame seeds.
